So Which is Most Effective: Resumes or Job Postings?

If done correctly, resumes AND job posting are the most effective. While resumes allow you to get deeper and more hands-on in the recruiting process, MultiPost job postings can do that work for you. Searchable resume books will help you find the best candidates and the best matches “on paper.” But job postings will bring you the candidates who are actually interested in your job opening. And even in this economy, with the exponentially growing demand for jobs, fascination and qualification remain important factors for a job-seeking MBA. Candidates aren’t just looking for any job, they still want their dream jobs. By combining resume searches and MultiPost job postings, you can find the candidate that is that perfect match.

I would think referrals would rank up higher than resumes and job postings. REsumes are great when done correctly but are a killer if done incorrectly.
